At Discount Battery, we understand that a receipt is not always necessary for battery service. We have extensive knowledge of our batteries and can assist you even without a receipt. In some cases, depending on the battery's voltage, further testing may be required to determine the issue.

It's important to note that a discharged battery is not covered under warranty. Batteries do not drain themselves, and if a battery is discharged, it is not considered a warranty issue. However, we offer a complimentary charging service to bring your battery back to full voltage if it is discharged.

Our warranty covers the following situations:

• A fully charged battery that fails a proper load test within the specified voltage
•  A dropped cell- 6V battery at 4V, 8V battery at 6V, or 12V battery at 10V.

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

• A battery with melted or damaged posts.
• A discharged battery below the specified voltage range: 6V battery under 5.7V, 8V battery under 7.6V, or 12V battery under 11.5V.
• A battery with insufficient water levels.
• A battery that is outside of the warranty period.
